1. When will my order be sent out?
- Cash on delivery orders are shipped after address verification. Usually takes 1-2 days.
- For prepaid payment method, orders are shipped the next day.
2. When can I expect my order?
-In India, once your order is shipped, it usually takes 1-4 days for metro cities and 4-7 days for other areas. Keep in mind, delivery time may vary due to factors like your location or disruptions like holidays or bad weather. Unavoidable circumstances may delay the delivery in certain areas.
3. Do I need to pay extra for shipping or delivery?
- No, shippping is free for all orders.
4. How can I track my orders?
- Once your order is processed, we'll e-mail you a tracking number. You can use this number or the tracking URL provided in the e-mail to keep track of your order.
Or, You can visit our Track Order page and keep track of your shipment using Order ID or AWB number.
5. What happens if my order doesn't get delivered?
- For prepaid orders, if our delivery partner can't deliver your order and it is sent back to us, we'll issue a refund.
- Also, orders places before 12:00 hrs (IST) start processing the same day while those placed after process the next day.

- Our policy is valid for 5 days after delivery only, any request after that, we cannot offer you refund or return in that case.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packing.
- Unboxing video is mandatory for return, refund or exchange to be accepted.

Once your return is received and is inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and will be sent to your original payment method within 7 business day after approval.
- For Cash On Delivery orders, the customer needs to provide UPI id or bank details to process the refund.
